Watchtower Nov 3 2018 All about God and his feelings
by days of future passed inthis is a subject that the wt has covered many times.
it uses the example of human feelings as a basis to understand god.. for instance: under the heading "does god notice you?
", it goes into great detail of about what a woman feels when she bonds with her child.

The End of World War 1 was Exactly 100 Years Ago
by ILoveTTATT2 init is so amazing that the end of wwi was signed exactly 100 years ago!
and in just a few more hours, at 11:00am on 11 november 2018, paris time, the combat actually stopped!
(the war wasn´t officially over until 1919).it is such a historic moment, for the entire world, but also for jw´s, and for exjw´s.for almost the entire length of the war, the witnesses thought that the war was the prelude to armageddon.

the "generation" doctrine:
In 1981, they defined it as "anyone who was 10 years or older at the beginning of WWI". There are only 6 people alive right now who fit that definition. So it's still possible the end might come -

Elders' new direction.
by lastmanstanding inthere's been a change.
a rather big one.
and the kevin bunkers of the world beware.. jw elders no longer need to "turn the other cheek".. in the governing bastard's desperation, they have given a new directive to elders.

Two elders will approach an "apostate" who is in the kingdumb hall. They are not to touch him physically, however, if the person strikes out first, then it's open season baby. Put the hurt on the boy.
What if he has a gun and shoots first!

Whatever new change will be, it will involve some sort of scheme to bring in more money. They are probably thinking right now;
"How can we bring in more money from those morons"

Can you ever see a time when Govt`s of this world will attempt to abolish all religions ?
by smiddy3 inwe are now in the 21st century of our common era with its insights into the potential of what can be achieved in the near future to benefit mankind for years to come .. the co-operation of governments around the world on so many levels has never been better than it is today and it is at least encouraging to see this .. whether it has to do with the climate , the environment ,food production ,safe water for all ,and the better health for all in the near future, and in the future space exploration.
however the problem today is still religion !
in its many extreme forms that divides us in no ways that politics divide us .. politicians learn how to compromise and work with their opponents for the greater good ,whereas religions don`t.. religions divide humans like no politicians ever did well not to the extremes religions will go anyway.. is their going to come a time in history when governments politicians say enough is enough and try attempt to abolish religion ?.

Government can never abolish people who believe in crazy things. Getting rid of religion can only be done when people themselves start seeing the evidence that religion is a man made construct. People have to individually stop believing in fantasies and start living their life in realities.
Don't have and idea how long that is going to take, but it will get here sooner or later. Can't imagine a million years from now if the human race is still here, that people will still believe that Jesus will soon come to judge everyone.

We are referencing those who are killing in mass murders . Most of those who have done this are deranged or mentally unbalanced
A lot of these mass murders are not mentally unbalance or derange, they are just bad people who like to do bad things. And they will use opportunities afforded them to just kill a bunch of people.Opportunities like availability of guns, war, secrecy and etc. A lot of these mass murders are intelligent, educated, family oriented, articulate, but they are just bad people.

Dating another Woke exJW or no?
by caves ini find that the people here speak in a way i can understand because we have one thing in common if nothing else.
so my question is , would it be easier to date someone that has been a jw and woke up or not?.
i would love for someone to 'get it' without having to explain much.

There are no guarantees in this life that dating a former jw who is awake or not awake-or dating a never been a jw is going to work out. In the congregation I used to go to, there were people who were married to unbelievers for fifty years and seem to be happy, then there were jws who married jws and were divorced within a few years. And there were jws who had been married to jws for fifty years also and were happy. Then I was reading not to long ago that Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell have never married but have lived together for over 35 years.
More than anything, I think it has to do with a person finally getting to a point where they learn how to love and treat another person. If both of them are there at that point, it will work no matter what the other person believes. That's just life.

One thing that you don't hear much in the news is when a legal register gun owner does go in and stop someone from carrying out their evil deeds even further.
Like this lady who is a registered license off duty police who because she carried is allowed to carry a gun in public was able to stop a man from killing possibly several women and children.

in other words, if you have a person in your family that is mentally unstable, and you leave a gun on top of the table and this person takes it and shoots 20 people, can you just say "well, the issue is that the person was mentally unstable"
If a person leaves a gun on top of the table, that person is mentally unstable or and idiot to begin with. I live in the USA, I need one more year to be able to purchase a gun, I've already taken several classes on gun ownership and one of the first things you learn is proper handling and storage of a gun.
You learn to Always treat any gun as if loaded and ready to fire ACCIDENTALLY.
A person who leaves a gun on the table is an idiot to begin with. you never leave a gun unattended.

Gun ownership, gun handling, gun storage is a serious thing.
